It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Moris Coleman Sr. of Arlington, Virginia, who passed away on June 30, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rogers Coleman and Fannie Coleman; his wife Sandy Fortune Coleman; and his siblings, Harry Coleman, Randy Coleman, Beverly Studvent and Amos Coleman.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Coleman (Boogie), Alisha Coleman (James), Tracy Coleman (Terry), John Coleman, Jr. and Kimberly Randolph (Ray); and his siblings, Roy Coleman, Eddie Coleman, Charlie Coleman, Lewis Coleman, Elsie Johnson, Shirley Coleman and Earlene Richardson. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and a whole lot of friends.
