He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Barr of Burke, VA and Gale Barr of Capon Springs, WV; and his siblings' children, Sharon Owens, Karen Herring Garvin, Chrissy Barr, Eddie Barr, David Barr, Robert L. Barr, Blaine Herring (Bud) and Ronald Barr.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Loy-Giffin Funeral Home & Crematory (110 W Main St, Wardensville, WV 26851). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
