She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Edward Feltner and Elsie May Chapman Feltner; her husband William Elmer Lewis; her siblings, Marie Shockey, Reva Webb, Helen Hummer, Edgar Feltner, Andy Feltner and Dicky Feltner; and her great grandchild Autumn Ambrogi Nelson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Ambrogi (John) and Sheri Bledsoe (Jim); her grandchildren, Giulia Miller (Brent), Matthew Ambrogi (Chelsea Nazareth), Angela Ambrogi (Darion Nelson), Dylan Ambrogi, Megan Bledsoe (Kyle Richards), James Bledsoe (Marizol), Tyler Bledsoe and Zach Bledsoe; and her great grandchildren, Kieran Gannon, Brie Miller, Logan Miller, Bella Bledsoe and Ivy Richards.
