He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Southworth; and his grandparents, J. Roy, Eula Southworth and Willie M. Vandergraft. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Gunter Southworth; his children, Lindsey Southworth Thompson (Ian) and Ryan Southworth; and his father William Roy Southworth, Sr..
