It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Joseph Aesoph of Ashburn, Virginia, born in Hoven, South Dakota, who passed away on August 5, 2025, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Dianne Aesoph (Brueggeman); and his grandparents, Edward, Sylvia Aesoph, Leonard and Lyda Brueggeman.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Aesoph (Berger); his sons, JP of Ashburn, VA., Henry of Ashburn, VA. and Grayson of Ashburn, VA.; his father Joseph Aesoph of Seneca, SD; his siblings, James Aesoph of Omaha, NE, John Aesoph of Omaha, NE and April Deis (Ryan) of Waverly, NE; his parents-in-law, Bob and Mary Berger of Cherokee, IA; and his sisters-in-law, Jill Masching (Craig) of Sioux Falls, SD and Amy Mosier (Matt) of Eden Prairie, MN..
