Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Frances Sue Duncan of Ashburn, Virginia, born in Chickasha, Oklahoma, who passed away at the age of 83, on July 20, 2023. She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank F. Frey and Wilma Rose Frey; her siblings, Phyllis Phillips and Dennis Frey; and her daughter Julie Pooley.

She is survived by : her child Sandy; her husband Thomas Duncan (Tom) of Ashburn, VA; her children, Sandra (Malcolm Hodge), Nancy (Paul Mamros) and David; and her children-in-law, Mary Lynne Duncan of Herndon, VA and Jack Pooley of Sterling, VA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
