He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel Thomas Reichley; and his son John David Reichley, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Richard Reichley (Sandy); his daughter Ann R. Patterson (Paul); his grandchildren, Jamie Fairgrieve (Scott), Kristin King (Brandon) and David Patterson (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Evan, Olivia, Isla, Branden and Kylie.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to St. Philip's Lutheran Church, the American Heart Association, or the National Kidney Foundation.
