He is survived by: his son Isaiah Moore; his parents, Eugene Scott and Johnnie Mae Scott; and his siblings, Shonda Moore, Eugene Scott II (Taneshia Scott), Michael Moore (Heather Ellis) and Joshua Scott. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
His contributions to the safety and security of the nation were significant, and his legacy as a hardworking, dedicated public servant will not be forgotten.
