He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Stevens and Ethel Laws Stevens; and his stepson Dale Franz. He is survived by: his wife Renee Glattstein Stevens; his sons, William Stevens, Jr. (Melica), Randall Stevens and Kenneth Stevens; and his stepchildren, Doug Franz (Dawn), Haley Morse (David) and Felice Schulz (Dave). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
