With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Jones of Ashland, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David R Borkey and Gladys Coakley Borkey; her husband Wayne Jones; her son Raymond'Cotton'Wells, Jr.; and her siblings, Gladys Borkey Nichols, Arlette Borkey Southworth, David O. Borkey and Peggy A. Borkey.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Christopher Wells and Alexander Wells; her great grandchild Leon Wells; and her siblings, Linda Durrett, Kenneth Borkey, Dennis Borkey (Lexie) and Sandra Hendrick (Ben). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
