He was predeceased by : his father Richard Aubrey Pace, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Paige Lewis; his sons, Austin, Conner and Braden Pace; his brothers, Dean Pace and Spencer Dicken; his niece Heather Pace; his nephews, Aubrey, Charles Pace, David and Daniel Parkinson; and his great-nieces, Finley and Sadie Pace.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (800 Thompson St, Ashland, VA 23005).

He went on to start many other successful companies, such as Pace Foundation Repairs, LLC and Pace Marine Services, which are still in operation today.
