Though Deborah may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Deborah leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Samuel Hall and Della Deale Hall. She is survived by: her husband Steve Rhyne; her son Stephen; her daughter-in-law Sumer; her grandsons, Tyler and Colton; and her sister Denise Hall.
