He was predeceased by: his parents, V. T. Cooper and Voncile Cooper; and his brother Stanley Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Nossett Cooper; his daughters, Cynthia Stipe, Claudia Itzkowitz (Fred) and Donna Throckmorton; his grandchildren, Jessica Buchan (Phillip), Jeremy Stipe, Phillip, Michael Itzkowitz (Brittney), Austin and Kristie Throckmorton; and his great grandchildren, Parker Itzkowitz and Emerson Itzkowitz.
