He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Frey, Sr. and Naomi A. Geist. He is survived by: his girlfriend Evelyn Dotson; his children, Brian Frey (Ashley) and Jessica Frey; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Bubby, Hunter, Gabe and Riley; his sister Rosemary O'Donnell; his aunt Jean Geist; and his close friend Wilton Parrish.
