He is survived by: his children, Ryan and Bethany (Daniel); his wife Karen; his son John Frederick IV (Andrea); his grandchildren, John Frederick V, Jack, Perry and Lucy; and his siblings, Margie Holcombe (Stuart), Leslie Ulman and Rob Grim (Janelle).
