He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Washburn and Erby Washburn; his sister Ann Washburn Ford; and his nephew Casey Washburn. He is survived by: his brother Ken Washburn (Kerry) of Swampscott, Mass.; his nieces, Mariah Spooner of Attleboro, Mass. and Melissa Leone (Perry) of Swampscott, Mass.; and his nephew Pete Capuano.
