He is survived by: his wife Belinda Gail Brooks; his daughters, Paula Hackney (H. Gerarde), LaWanda Wallace (Derell) and Dr. Jada E. Brooks; his grandson Andrew Cornell Wallace; his goddaughter Alexis Gordon; his siblings, Milton Brooks, Sr. (Sylvia), Levi Brooks, III (Vetta) and Joyce Smith; his in-laws, Paulette Smith, Gerald Gordon and Bernard Gordon; and also Vanessa Gordon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
