She was predeceased by: her parents, Gib Dalton and Fay Dalton; her husband Clifton C Taylor Sr.; her daughter Terena Caldwell; and her siblings, Stuart Dalton, Elmo Dalton, Magdalene Dalton and Blaine Dalton (Karen).
She is survived by: her son Carper Taylor (Kim); her grandchildren, Dylan Taylor (Jenn), Cali Caldwell, Trey Taylor and Paige Taylor; her great grandchildren, Haley Taylor, Brandon Champion and Nathan Taylor; and her sisters, Alease Goodman (Enash) and Alma Holloway (Jim).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home Reid Chapel (412 S Washington Hwy, Ashland, VA 23005). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Signal Hill Memorial Park (12360 Hanover Courthouse Rd, Hanover, VA 23069).
