He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Faye and Gregory C. Howard; and his uncle Charles W. Howard. He is survived by: his wife Maria G. Howard; his daughter Sarah Grace Howard; his sister Kimberly Faye Chandler (Alan Chandler); his niece Savannah Chandler; and his pets, Rocky, Cinder and Winnie.
