She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Mitchell Thomas and Marie Woodson Thomas; and her brother Walter William Thomas Sr. She is survived by: her husband Willie Jackson Sr; her children, Jacqueline Thomas (Mickie), Barbara Jackson and Willie Jackson Jr; her siblings, Lorita Morris (Darryl), Gloria Jackson (Daniel), Doris Thomas, Alice Thomas, Cecelia Woodson (Henry), James Thomas, Jerry Thomas (Cheryl), Earnest Thomas (Glenda), Calvin Thomas (Rose) and Cecil Thomas (Nicole); her nibling Host; and her friend Robert Woodson.
