She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Harris; and her husband Orlando E. Jones. She is survived by: her mother Pearl Harris; her daughter Shana Patrice Jones-Banks; her son-in-law Samuel III; her grandchildren, Samuel IV, Shaun and Symone; her siblings, Andrew (Vanessa), Darryl, Roland (Maxine), Aaron (Jennifer), Lonnie (Brenda), Byron, Glenda, Altomeeze, Mary and Michelle; and her siblings-in-law, Sandra, Frances, Donna and Levander. She is also survived by aunt, an uncle, and numerous god-children, nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends.
