He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashby Lee Wright and Alma Burkett Wright; his former wife Carol; and his daughter Teresa Wright McCready (David). He is survived by: his children, Ricky Wright (Linda) of Wallops Island, VA, Brenda Wright of Raleigh, NC, Chris Wright (Tracy) of Wallops Island, VA and Eric Wright (Amy) of Virginia Beach, VA.; his grandchildren, Kellie [Wright] Collins (Chris), Logan Wright (Mallory), Lauren [McCready] McCormack (Ian), Jessica [McCready] Wainwright (Brooks), Collin Wright, Casey Wright, Taylor Wright and Mason Wright; his great grandchildren, Sawyer McCormick, Finley McCormick, Palmer Wright and Leon Wright; his wife Harriette; Harriette Mae Wright.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Atlantic Methodist Church (10052 Atlantic Rd, Atlantic, VA 23303).
