He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton William Curtis and Irene Peterson Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Diane Curtis; his sons, Robert C. Curtis, John William Curtis and Dennis Curtis; and his brothers, Larry Curtis and Richard Curtis. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
