He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnie Lue Bailey and Victoria Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Sue Bailey; his children, Sheryl Crook (Randy) of Austinville, Charles, Jr. Bailey (Cindy) of Austinville, Brian Bailey (Kristy) of Austinville and Kristi Cullop (Scott) of Austinville; his grandchildren, Tasha Ratcliffe of Bruce, Miranda Bailey, Tanner Bailey, Dylan Bailey and Cameron Cullop; his great grandchild Layana Ratcliffe; and his siblings, Geneva Justus (Thomas) of Fancy Gap, Earl Bailey of Austinville and Lue Bailey, Jr. (Evelyn) of Wytheville.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reese Funeral Home (2214 Austinville Rd, Austinville, VA 24312). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at the Bailey Family Cemetery (323 Powerline Rd, Austinville, VA 24312).
