She is survived by: her son James Sheppard (Crystal) of Lenoir, NC; her mother Patsy Taylor Maynard of Valdez, NC; her sisters, Drema Thompson (Randy), Lynn Newsome (William) and Ursula Maynard (Terry); her grandchildren, Alexis, Bradin, Seth, Maddy, Emiley, Gabe, Ashley, Jon and Alex; and her great grandchildren, Daisey, Kinley, Aari, Ella, Elijah and Kaden.
