We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2023, at the age of 68, Anthony Carter of Axton, Virginia, born in Chatham, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Abraham Carter and Thelma C. Carter. He is survived by : his daughter Anna Carter of Collinsville, VA; and his brothers, Rodney Carter (Nechelle) of Axton, VA, Theodore Carter (Norma) of Axton, VA and Randolph Carter of Dry Fork, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephew other relatives and friends.
