He is survived by : his wife Patsy Donald Estep; his children, Billy Ray Estep, Jr., Donna Pruitt, Diana Bowling (Tim) and Kristie Estep; his grandchildren, J. T. Eanes, Tristan Estep, Brittany Wells, Dustin Johnston, Matt Bowling, Jesse Johnston and Grace Bowling; his brother John Estep (Faye); and his sister-in-law Anna Mae Estep. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
