He is survived by: his wife Ida Shoemaker Lewis; his daughter Heather Lewis Swanson (Eddie Bryant); his grandchildren, Hayleigh Marie Swanson and Hettie Quinn Perdue; his brother Jimmy Ray Lewis (Carol); and his nephew John Lewis (Jamie). He is also survived by his daughter and two granddaughters.
