She is survived by: her husband Keith Garrett; her daughters, Jessica Crone and Tanya Starliper; her brother Ken Rudd; her stepchildren, Juanita Reynolds (Duaine), Tammy Alvarez, Stephanine Garrett-Rogers (Warren), Mandy Carpenter (Michael), Brandi Gillespie (Henry) and Amber St. John (Cody); her grandchildren, Liliana, Nehemiah, Alison Starliper, Daniel Starliper, Lacy Starliper, Samuel Ward, Jacob Shipp, Nichloas Martin, Logan Messick, Noah Robinson, Duaine Reynolds III, Jerry Reynolds (Sommer), Noah Reynolds (Skye), Helen Bratton (Nathaniel), Julio Becerra, Anhelena Becerra, Coby Vaughn, Selina Survin, Lorena Servin, Gabriella Servin, Isabella Alvarez, Hudson St. John, Everly St. John, Amelia St. John, Michael Carpenter Jr. and Jordyn Reynolds; and her great grandchildren, Dakota Shipp, Quinnlynn Shipp, Elowynn Shipp, Chasity Bratton, Elias Reynolds and Ivy Reynolds.
