He is survived by: his sons, Fred Keatts, Jr. (Emma), Mark "Eddie" Keatts (Shirley), Floyd Keatts, Sr. (Bonnie) and Victor "Jeff" Keatts (Vicky). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
