Mills, III; her husband Ervin Manns; her daughters, Dejah Brown of Richmond, VA and Samya Brown of Martinsville, VA; her grandson Sa'mir Brown of Martinsville, VA; and her siblings, Michelle Brown (Paul) of Martinsville, VA and Antoine Elliott (Kimberly) of Silver Spring, MD. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
