He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Brooks (Mark), Ramona Crump and David Wayne Brooks; his siblings-in-law, Judy and Butch Viars; his niece Teresa Lumpkin; and his pet Emily. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bassett Funeral Service (3665 Fairystone Park Hwy, Bassett, VA 24055). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the Henry Memorial Park (8443 Virginia Ave, Bassett, VA 24055).
