She was predeceased by: her brother Robert "Bobby" Schultz. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Franklin Henry; her son Bill Purdy (Tammy); and her sisters, Lou Ann Tucker (Randy) and Peggy Lemons. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
