She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Joseph and Mary Myrtle Hawks Hall; her husband Thomas L. Radford; and her siblings, Paul Hall, Wayne Hall, Harold Hall, Annie Hall Burcham and Marie Hall Hawks.
She is survived by: her brother Ernest Hall; and her foster daughter Rachael Nicole Lilly. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
