She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wells and Lucy Hairston Wells; her husband Allen Henry Ferguson; her son Tony Joe Ferguson; and her siblings, Deloris Joyce, Queen E. Wells, Dorothy Hairston, Hazel Wells, J. B. Wells, Felix Wells and Robert Wells.
She is survived by: her children, Janie Johnson (Anthony), Jennifer Wade (Aaron, Jr), Rickey Wells (Robin) and Bobby W. Allen; and her brother Marshall L. Wells, Sr. (Alberta). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and numerous extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Faith Tabernacle Holiness Church (340 Wells Hollow Rd, Bassett, VA 24055). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
