She was predeceased by : her parents, Reverend Wilbur Williams and Annie Bowles Williams; her husband Walter Carson Parcell; her siblings, J. T. Williams, Frances Hayden, Lucille Jones and Wilbur Williams, Jr.; and her son-in-law Steve Setliff.
She is survived by : her daughters, Cathy Frazier (Mike) and Carol Setliff; her granddaughters, April Hodnett (Bo Moore) and Amanda "Mandy" Gordon (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Mikel Carter (Keinita), Reyven Hodnett and Ethan Hodnett. She is also survived by 3 great-great-grandchildren, and loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Norris Funeral Services & Crematory - Martinsville Chapel (1500 Kings Mountain Rd, Martinsville, VA 24115). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
