He was predeceased by: his parent Ellen B. Justice; his brothers, Jimmy Justice and Ralph Dale Justice; his stepson Harry Poindexter Stallard, Jr.; and his granddaughter Danielle Price.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Justice; his daughter Sue Ellen Dillon (Shannon); his stepdaughters, Rebekah Barker (James) and Deborah Lovell (Roy); his grandchildren, Matthew, Connor Dillon, Neal, Timothy Stallard, Andrew, Brandon Barker, Amanda Arthur, Michael Martin and Carolyn Stallard; and his brothers, Harold Justice (Peggy) and Nathan Bailey. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
