She was predeceased by : her parents, Harvey Lee "Willie" Browning and Lois Helmandollar Browning; her husband Harold Burkett; and her siblings, Aleta Browning Walker and Mark Browning.

She is survived by : her daughter Donna Burkett Musick (Donald) of Bastian, VA; her grandson Jordan Musick (Jade) of Callaway, VA; and her siblings, Shelby Browning of Zephyrhills, FL, Roger Browning of Beckley, WV, Jane Browning Miller, Brenda Browning Osborne of Itmann, WV, Trula Browning Lathrop (David) of Bastian, VA and Jennifer Browning Morgan (Aubrey) of Mullens, WV. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, friends.
