She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Dale and Janet Dillon Dale; and her brother Timmy Dale. She is survived by: her husband Carl Belcher; her daughter Heather Belcher of Durham, NC; and her cousins, Debbie Mariotti, Cathy Yost and John Tote.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rocky Gap Global Methodist Church (12508 N Scenic Hwy, Rocky Gap, VA 24366).
