Beagle; her parents, Robert Lee and Lizzie White Soutter; and her siblings, Lucy Hitt, June Wingrove, Mable Jeffries, Rosie Suthard, Isabel Carder, Pearl Brooks, Nathan White, William White, George White, Roy White and Moses White. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cedar Grove Cemetery (11052 Marsh Rd, Bealeton, VA 22712).
