He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert M. Bartenstein and Frances S. Bartenstein. He is survived by : his wife Lizabeth "Libby"; his children, Katelynn B. Stern (Jason) and Clinton N. Bartenstein (Jen); his grandchildren, Luke Ezra, Amelia Frances Stern, Sophia Lynn and Harper Rose Bartenstein; and his siblings, Robert Bartenstein (Ginny) of St. Louis, MO, Susan B. Necci (Jim) and Curtis Bartenstein (Violet) of Amissville, VA..
In lieu of flowers donations may be given in his memory to Fauquier SPCA or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
