He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Barr Cox; his daughter Michelle Lyn Present; and his parents, Meral E. Cox and Ruth Cox Ferdinand. He is survived by: his sister Karen V. Hallman; his son Kenneth M. Cox, Jr.; his granddaughter Taylor Lyn Smith; and his great grandchild Oakley Ryan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
