She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Brooks and Ruby Brooks; her husband Jimmy Ray Mullins, Sr.; her brother Felix Brooks; her brother-in-law Fred Love; and her granddaughter Savannah Sepulveda.

She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Ray Mullins, Jr. of Ruther Glen, VA and Angela Sepulveda (Angel) of Stafford, VA; and her siblings, George Brooks (Donna) of Weston, WV and Lorena Love of Weston, WV. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great, grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bealeton Baptist church.
