He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Cook; his children, Gerald Ronald Cook, Karen Kestner (Greg) and James Darby; his grandsons, Kenny Atkins, III, Alec Kestner (Julie), Justin Kestner (Kim), Sean Darby and Ricky Darby; and his great grandchildren, Carleigh Atkins, Aliya Atkins, Mason Atkins, Logan Kestner, Brooke Kestner and Makayla Kestner.
