He was predeceased by: his mother Helen M. Bates. He is survived by: his daughters, Christina (Bear) and Jamie; his granddaughters, Amber, Hannah, Myra, Gabby and Abby; his sister Elizabeth; and his caregivers, Becca and Brenda.
