He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Christine Hall. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Byiers, Shirley Price, Joseph Hall Sr., David Hall Sr. and Brenda Wright. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home (412 S Washington Hwy, Ashland, VA 23005). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Wesleyan Church (16354 Woodman Hall Rd, Montpelier, VA 23192).
