She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Rowell, Sr. of Hecht's Department Store; her mother Lucille Failor; and her brothers, George Failor and Lodi Failor. She is survived by: her children, Joe Rowell, Jr., Robert Rowell (Darcy) and Leah Franks (Jerry); her grandchildren, Noah Franks and Katelynn Franks; and her mother-in-law Martha Jo Rowell. She is also survived by many other extended family members, friends.
