She is survived by: her sons, Stewart Douglas Grant and Joseph Sterling Grant; her grandchildren, David McCormick Grant of Bedford, Jessica Grace Grant of Bedford and Spencer Douglas Grant of Bedford; and her sisters, Julia "Judy" K. Hudgins (Garrett) of Roanoke, Virginia "Jenny" Obenchain (Tommy) of Chesapeake and Betty Jo Mabe (Rodger) of Roanoke. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
