He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Delmar Saunders and Virginia Overstreet Saunders; his wife Harriet Ann Mitchell Saunders; his grandson Cody Saunders; and his son Dale Saunders.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna Jones; his grandchildren, Jessica Fark (Austin) and Dakota Nichols; his sister Marie Batten (Lin); and his close friends, Barry, Faye Martin, Gene, Cathy Logwood, Wayne and Kathy Whitworth. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
