He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady E. Sumner Sr. and Mirta Overstreet Sumner. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sister Lisa Wilson (Tim); his children, Larkin, Taylor, Riley, Erin Middleton (Danielle) and Sara Busch (Charles); his grandson Brooks; his great grandchild Evan Sumner (Kate); his stepson Jeremy Tassone (Lara); his stepgrandchildren, Joda and Bodhi; his stepdaughter Lisa Phipps (Tad); his stepgrandchildren, Hanna and Nyah; his stepdaughter Gina Sutherland (Russell); and his stepgrandchildren, Flower and Lark. He is also survived by other loving friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
